Simon Moshkovich founded Mercer Legal Group to represent employees—not employers—in workplace conflicts throughout Southern California. His practice centers on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and related employment laws.
Before founding Mercer Legal Group, Simon practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. At these firms, he handled commercial litigation and legal matters involving Fortune 500 companies. Now, he applies that experience to advocate for employees who have been mistreated by their employers.
