Simon Moshkovich founded Mercer Legal Group to represent employees—not employers—in workplace conflicts throughout Southern California. His practice centers on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and related employment laws.
Before founding Mercer Legal Group, Simon practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. At these firms, he handled commercial litigation and legal matters involving Fortune 500 companies. Now, he applies that experience to advocate for employees who have been mistreated by their employers.
Simon takes a straightforward approach with every client: honest case assessment, clear communication, and determined pursuit of compensation. He has been involved in matters resulting in recoveries totaling over $2.2 million for clients, based on the facts of those specific cases.
